With over 30 years’ of experience within the spa and wellness industry, Kirsty MacCormick has proven expertise in spa and wellness development, pre-opening project management and operational set up of a range of spa’s from commercial hotel and day spas to luxury 5-star hotels and wellness destinations.

Breadth of experience includes multi-site and single site management, spa concept and brand development, spa development,  sales and management contracts, pre-openings and effective and organised spa operations, education and training. 

Expertise in developing wellness, spa and beauty concepts, which maintain a global perspective while highlighting the heritage of each individual location. Including the introduction of authentic proven experiences including thermal circuits, Ayruvedic, TCM and traditional Thai healing.  

Outstanding, focus and leadership qualities with extensive International experience through living and working in the Asia pacific region for 10 years followed by 8 years of consultancy and operations within the UK.
